 EXECUTIVE OUTPLACEMENT 10% of latest years salary, minimum

DKK: 60.000

- Unlimited counseling at meetings with consultants at an international managerial level including the making af relevant papers such as cv, application, career profile, meeting technics supplemented by developing strategies within finance, capital need, profitability, marketing, lobbyism, policy making etc. and other presentations for members of the board of relevant companies.

- Development of Individual Career Strategies (manual approx. 90 pages)

- PC incl. printer for home office use.

trial period is included in this agreement which lasts until the expiration of the trial period in a permanent position.

for Executive Outplacement KarriereKonsult's consultants are guaranteed to possess a broad international managerial experience at the same or higher level than the level of the client.

Home office: PC with printer and access to the internet is provided for use at the client's home address.

KarriereKonsult provides office space with all necessary facilities : PC, MS Office, color laserprinter, fax, telephone.

KarriereKonsult organizes the activities after agreement with the employee. The employees activity level is aimed to match the activity level of a full-time position. Time requirements of current positions are respected.

KarriereKonsult ensures complete confidentiality on clients' personal information which will never be passed on to a third party or the employer.

KarriereKonsult keeps company informed on the course of the outplacement to the extent desired and always at the end of the outplacement, c.f. previous § on confidentiality.

KarriereKonsult requests and evaluation of KarriereKonsult's services from the employee at the end of the outplacement. The evaluation goes directly to company from the employee.

10.

payment is due 30 days after signing of this contract, and is subject to VAT. Payments received after 30 days accrue interests at 1½ % for each months or part thereof.

11.

should company's employee not wish to continue the cooperation after the first meeting, company is entitled to terminate the agreement within 8 days after the meeting by informing KarriereKonsult about this in writing.
